Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). They are sent by tracked letter or by colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

Delivery all over the world

Mimtto delivers to Europe, the United States, Asia and all other countries in the world.

Please note that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

To avoid reaching the threshold amount, we suggest splitting your order into several shipments.

Delivery to a relay point free from 100€ purchase.
Tracked letter: 3.8 euros / Delivery within 2 to 3 working days to the mailbox.
Colissimo Collection Point: 6 euros / Delivery within 48 hours (2 working days) to your relay point.
Colissimo Domicile : 8 euros / Delivery within 48 hours (2 working days) to your home without signature.

Europe (EU, Switzerland, UK)

Free tracking letter delivery from 200€ purchase.
Tracked letter: 8 euros / Delivery within 4 to 5 working days to the mailbox.
Colissimo Domicile: 10 euros / Delivery within 3 to 4 working days to your home without signature.

International (America, Asia and other countries)

Tracked letter:

10 euros (clothing and accessories)/ Delivery within 7 to 10 working days to the mailbox.

20 euros (bag)

32 euros (cushion, bed)

Colissimo Domicile: 32 euros (all products) / Delivery within 3 to 8 days to your home without signature.
