  • How do I measure my dog?
    Neck Measure the circumference of your dog's neck, leaving room for two fingers. Chest Measure the chest at its widest point, all the way around, which is usually just behind the front legs. If the dog has a broad chest or thick coat, it is recommended to size up. Length Measure from the base of your dog's neck to the base of the tail.
  • How to choose the right size dog clothing?
    Not all dog clothing is created equal, please refer to the individual sizing chart found in each product description before making your size selection. If the measurements are between two sizes, please select the larger size.
  • How to choose the right size dog collar?
    Please purchase our collars based on your dog's neck size, not collar size. Remember that you should always be able to place 2 fingers between your dog and his collar. If you have a puppy, take into account that he is still growing.

  • When will my order be shipped?
    Please allow 2-5 business days processing time for your order. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. For more information on general shipping conditions, please refer to the shipping section in the general conditions.

  • What are the general return conditions?
    Returns Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. All returns require prior return authorization from mimtto.com, no exceptions will be made. if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. ​ ​ Trades ​ To change product, please return the product for a refund and place a new order on our website. ​ ​ Eligibility for Refunds All returns must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. We cannot honor returns or exchanges for any item that has been used or is not in its original new condition. Each item of clothing must be returned with its original label, packaging and accessories received with the order, and include any gifts. You must contact us within 30 days of placing your order if your item has not arrived. We will not be responsible for any notifications after this period. Only regular priced items can be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. To start a return, you can contact us at info@mimtto.com If your return is accepted, we will send you the return slip, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified period of days. Be sure to use a tracking service when choosing a carrier. The return package is your responsibility, so any package lost during return will not be refunded. If your country is subject to customs, please anticipate payment of customs fees in advance so that your package is not held up upon arrival. Mimtto does not cover customs fees incurred on returned items, so any packages requiring payment upon arrival will be refused and returned to sender.
  • Can I return a sale item?
    Yes, sale items can be returned, provided they are new, unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Can I exchange an item?
    To change product, please return the product for a refund and place a new order on our website.
