These general conditions of sale govern the use of the site;www.mimtto.com belonging to and managed by Chika Tyranowski, the company Atelier 34, in the form of a microenterprise registered in the Trade and Companies Register under the number SIREN 519 101 828, and aims to define the contractual relations between Chika Tyranowski and the individual customer as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website;www.mimtto.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, of which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order.

 

The company Atelier 34 retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with anynew regulation or with the aimto improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

 

 

Article 1. Products

 

www.mimtto.com offers the sale of handmade dog clothing and accessories. The product sheets for the available items are visible in the e-shop section of the site, where there is a description listing the main technical characteristics of the items. We take all possible precautions so that the description and visuals present the items for sale as completely and faithfully as possible, however slight variations may exist between the photo and reality, the products being made in an artisanal manner, sometimes in small series.

 

 

Article 2. Price and Payment

 

The prices displayed are expressed in euros. Due to the self-employed status, prices are not subject to VAT. Shipping costs are added after validation of the order and before payment, when the buyer selects their delivery method and address. 

 

Payment is made securely at the time of validation of the order by credit card or paypal.

 

 

Article 3. Order

 

The customer places an order on the sitewww.mimtto.com while stocks last. After having validated your basket, provided your payment and delivery information and accepted these general conditions of sale.

 

 

Article 5. Delivery

 

Postal shipments of products in stock are made within 2 to 3 working days, by registered letter or Colissimo, without signature. A tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight and country of delivery.

 

In the event of force majeure, Atelier 34 cannot be held responsible if the product has not been delivered for cases of force majeure as defined in article 1218 of the civil code.

 

 

Article 6. Right of withdrawal

 

Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from delivery of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product for reimbursement without penalty. The return request must be made to information@mimtto.com.

Only the price of the returned item(s) is refunded, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will take place no later than 14 days after the request, to the customer's Paypal account or bank account. Returned items must not have been used and must be returned in their original condition and packaging,

 

 

Article 7. Guarantee

 

All products supplied by www.mimtto.com benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the company Atelier 34 which will take it back and reimburse it. All complaints and reimbursements must be made to the address info@mimtto.com

 

 

Article 8. Intellectual property

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are in the form of photos , logo, visual or text.

The company Atelier 34 undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, used only for the purposes of processing your order. Any information concerning him is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the Internet user has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning him. Article 10. Dispute resolution

 

These distance selling conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute, in the absence of an amicable settlement, will be brought before the competent court.
