Returns

 

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. All returns require prior return authorization from mimtto.com, no exceptions will be made. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, no refund and/or exchange of any kind will be offered.

To change product, please return the product for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Eligibility for Refunds

 

All returns must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. We cannot honor returns or exchanges for any item that has been used or is not in its original new condition.

 

Each item of clothing must be returned with its original label, packaging and accessories received with the order, and include any gifts.

 

You must contact us within 30 days of placing your order if your item has not arrived. We will not be responsible for any notifications after this period.

 

Only regular priced items can be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return slip, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified period of days.

 

Be sure to use a tracking service when choosing a carrier. The return package is your responsibility, so any package lost during return will not be refunded.

 

If your country is subject to customs, please anticipate payment of customs fees in advance so that your package is not held up upon arrival. Mimtto does not cover customs fees incurred on returned items, so any packages requiring payment upon arrival will be refused and returned to sender.
