All orders ship via LA POSTE (FRANCE POSTAL). Keep in mind that all orders are processed in the order that they are received, so be sure to allow up to 3 - 4 business days for processing. As soon as your package ships, you will receive a tracking notification and ship within 2 weeks or less for most countries.

International shipping is available to most countries, and orders should be placed through our website. The following rates apply to international orders, excluding those containing oversized items. Shipping for Asia, Australia will be shipped from Japan mimtto shipping center.
All international customer is responsible for any taxes or duty charges. International orders may require additional processing time because of shipping all in one package verses from multiple warehouses.

Most items are currently in stock. If we find that any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail, and you can expect to receive them within 2 to 3 weeks.

Online Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days in unused condition for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. and must be received back by us no later than 14 days. Customer will be asked to ship the item back in the same condition it was sent. Return unwanted merchandise along with receipt and MUST provide us with Tracking number. We will also ask for a Re-shipping fee before you send product back to handle the shipping fees that we will encounter sending you you exchanged product.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of the following items:
-Sale or clearance items
-Any custom or special orders
-Sanitary items such as belly bands, panties, etc.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment by e-mail, except in the case of any custom or special orders. Once an order has shipped out, or a custom order has gone into production, no cancellations will be permitted.
